Takedown Policy

The Gregory Archive shares content on this site for the purpose of learning and research. If you own the rights to something on the website and believe it was posted without permission (and it doesn’t fall under Fair Use or a legal exception), please contact freyjona@msu.edu and include the following:

• • Your name and contact information (email and phone number)
  • A link to where you saw the material on the site
  • Details about the material (like the title, collection name, or number of items)
  • Why you believe your rights were violated (with any proof you have)
  • A statement saying you truly believe the material was used without permission
  • A statement saying the information you’re sharing is true and that you are the rights holder or allowed to act for the rights holder

• Once we get your request, the Gregory Archive team will:
• • Respond to you quickly by email
  • Review your request
  • If necessary, temporarily remove the content while we investigate

Upon completion of the review we will honor your request either by blurring your appearance or removing the image altogether.
